Bob co-founded the firm in 1989. He began practicing business and real estate law in Oregon in 1982 after graduating from the George Washington University/National Law Center in Washington, DC. He was Deputy District Attorney for Multnomah County from 1984 to 1986. Since 1986 he has focused on representing insured and self-insured employers in workers’ compensation defense and related matters. Bob’s clients cover a broad spectrum from multi-national companies and small local employers to the Oregon Insurance Guaranty Association. He speaks frequently on workers’ compensation topics. Bob was selected by the Portland Business Journal in 2005 as one of the “Best of the Bar.”
