Linda joined the firm in 2010 as a partner. She has represented employers, insurers, third party administrators, and self-insured employers involving workers’ compensation defense in Oregon and Washington since 1995. She speaks frequently on workers’ compensation topics. Active professionally, she has served for many years on the Salishan Workers’ Compensation Committee of the Oregon State Bar and the Workers’ Compensation Claims Association (WCCA).
